Values

As a constituent of Texas A&M University, the values of the Master of Health Administration Program follow the Texas A&M University core values. The Master of Health Administration Program faculty, staff, and current and former students are expected to abide by these values as they are central to our commitment to the Master of Health Administration Program’s mission and vision.

Respect – We reflect friendliness, caring, support, confidence, value for others, and a positive attitude.

Excellence – We commit to work effort and outcomes that exceed expectations wherever and whenever possible.

Leadership – With confidence and experience, we become leaders through learning to listen,
developing and practicing leadership skills, and becoming someone others choose to follow.

Loyalty – We belong to something greater than ourselves through unity, compassion, and
strength.

Integrity – The Aggie Code of Honor, “An Aggie does not lie, cheat or steal, or tolerate those
who do,” is at the heart of every Aggie.

Selfless Service – We are servant leaders who continuously advance care for everyone,
especially for underserved populations.

These values are important to the Master of Health Administration Program because they are enduring
and serve as standards to guide our actions, behaviors, and decisions now and in the future.
