As a graduate of the School of Public Health, you're automatically part of the School of Public Health Alumni Association. The Alumni Association encourages fellowship, stimulates interest, and fosters relationships among and between alumni, the school, and the greater public health community.

Stay Involved and Connected

We can do more together by staying connected. The school delivers lifelong value to our alumni through professional networking opportunities, academic enrichment, events and career services. Our great alumni give back to the school in multiple ways:


Post a job or internship opportunity:
- Our students and your fellow alumni make great colleagues.
Mentor a student:
- Share valuable knowledge with those just beginning their careers.
Update your contact information:
- In order to keep you up-to-date on exciting opportunities, we need to know how to reach you.
Attend events:
- Stay connected by joining us for the alumni tailgate, networking events in various cities, APHA and professional conferences.

- Promotions, awards, and recognitions-we love to brag about our alumni.
Nominate fellow alumni for the Distinguished Alumni Award and Rising Star Award:
- Help us honor a deserving fellow alum.

Give back:
- Volunteer for a speaker series, support school scholarships/programs and serve on the Alumni Advisory Board.

ALUMNI COMMITTEES

Make an impact on the School of Public Health by serving on a committee. Alumni committees develop meaningful opportunities to maintain contact with other alumni, students and the school:

  • Alumni Cultivation Committee - Cody Fikes, Chair
    • Encourages active alumni participation with the school.
  • Student-to-Alumni Cultivation Events - Sherri Welch, Chair
    •  Strengthen the student to alumni experience and identify future alumni leaders.
  • Admissions/Recruitment Committee - Brian Petter, Chair
    • Help increase school enrollment.

    • Assist in providing lifelong career services to students and alumni.
