2023: 18th Jean Brender Student Research Poster & Symposium held during National Public Health Week.
2011: From 1998 until 2013, the name of the school was School of Rural Public Health.
2013: Faculty voted to change remove "rural" from the name of the school to the Texas A&M School of Public Health.
2000: Dean Ciro Sumaya presenting diploma to one of the school’s first graduates, Jennifer Griffith.
