Office of the Dean

The Office of the Dean provides administrative support to the School of Public Health. Led by Dr. Shawn Gibbs, the office supports all administrative units and academic departments through the coordination of special events, college-wide initiatives, and education activities.

Academic Affairs

The Office of Academic Affairs provides the strategic direction to the school, striving to improve academic quality.

Student Affairs

The Office of Student Affairs (OSA) assists all prospective and current students, as well as alumni, in their journey to become successful professionals in the public health field.

Academic Technology

The Office of Academic Technology serves the School of Public Health community and provide consulting services, training, and support in the following areas

Business Affairs

The Office of Business Affairs provides financial accounting support, purchasing, payroll and personnel services in compliance with Texas A&M University Health Science Center guidelines and procedures.

Diversity and Inclusion

The Office of Diversity and Inclusion is committed to help move the department and institutional dialogue beyond that of managing diversity as a problem. The multiple aspects of an individual's identity enhance the work and educational environment. Individual differences including race, sexual orientation, class, and gender.

Communications and Alumni Affairs

The Office of Communications and Alumni Affairs implements strategic marketing/public relations strategies to increase the visibility of the school including key messages for all audiences of the college.

Office of Public Health Practice

The Office of Public Health Practice is an administrative and support entity within the Texas A&M School of Public Health with a mission to provide leadership in facilitating, promoting, and linking academic and practice partners in sustained public health and population health practice partnerships.

Special Programs & Global Health

The Office of Special Programs & Global Health (OSP&GH) was established in 2000 as a unit of the Office of the Dean.
