On behalf of the school, congratulations on entering the final semester of your curriculum at SPH! To help you prepare for graduation, please review the information below for the required forms and deadlines.
You must file an application for degree before you can graduate. Students planning to graduate must submit the graduation application online in the Howdy portal. The application for spring 2023 graduation opens Jan. 4 and the last day to apply online to avoid a late fee is Feb. 17. The last day to submit an application online for graduation is March 29, and in person via a paper application, May 2. In addition, Texas A&M provides a Graduation Checklist, which upcoming graduates are strongly recommended to review and complete the necessary steps.
Commencement and Hooding for Spring 2023 Doctoral Students
The date and time of the doctoral commencement and hooding ceremony for spring 2023 will be announced at a later date. For planning purposes, commencement is between May 11 and May 13.

In recognition of your graduation we invite you to attend the SPH Graduation Celebration. The date and time will be announced once commencement for all graduating students has been announced. Please bring your friends and family to meet the faculty, staff and administration. An official invitation will be sent via email at a later date.
The school compiles data on employment plans of our graduates for CEPH accreditation requirements. Personal information will be kept confidential and is only used for statistical purposes. Individual student data will not be published or shared. The survey will be sent to students' TAMU and exchange email accounts directly.
