Our career-relevant, online Master of Public Health in Health Policy & Management is a distance education program designed for two groups of students:  professionals aiming to advance public health solutions by learning to navigate health systems, influence policies, and manage healthcare delivery with expertise and vision and recent college graduates or those with a limited background in health policy and management who want a credential to break into the career field.

Graduates of the online MPH Health Policy & Management degree program are prepared to serve in high-impact areas to solve health-related problems in a number of settings, particularly those who want to affect policy and/or manage the organizations that affect policy or deliver public health services.

Degree Details

The Master's in Public Health Health Policy and Management online is a 45-credit-hour program with a flexible curriculum. Graduates of this program complete courses such as health policy and politics, health care financial management, strategic planning, health economics, and health law and ethics, which prepare them to identify and lead healthcare innovations to improve the quality and efficiency of health services.

Admission Requirements  

To be eligible to apply to the online Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management program, applicants must:     

  • be a United States citizen or U.S. permanent resident
  • hold a U.S. bachelor's degree (or equivalent) from an accredited college or university prior to the start of the program.
