Recommendations:

• If you see a blank screen, uninstall and reinstall the newest version of Respondus LDB.
• Take the exam on a PC or Windows computer. iPad and Chromebook experience a lot of issues with RLDB.
• If RLDB freezes, restart your computer or power off by holding the power button for 5-30 sconds.
• Install Windows or Mac updates before your exam.
• Use hard-wired Internet connection for exams, if possible.
• Shut-down other bandwidth-intensive applications such as gaming consoles or video streaming services, if you're taking exams at home.
