New Graduate Student Orientation

Howdy and congratulations on your admission to the School of Public Health (SPH)!

The SPH Graduate Student Orientation is a mandatory event where all incoming graduate students will receive information, materials and greetings from strategic school leadership, administration and fellow students. The School of Public Health has three educational sites for graduate programs: College Station, Houston, and distance education. Orientation events as well as additional meetings unique to each cohort will be held for each site. Additional information about orientation, department meetings and other events will be emailed directly to incoming students. 

 A Welcome Reception for all Fall 2020 incoming students will be held in mid-August. More details will be posted soon.

      This orientation will be online. Log in details will be emailed directly to the student. 

    • International Students

      All incoming international graduate students are required to attend the SPH International Student Orientation on Monday, Aug. 17 and Tuesday, Aug. 18. We organized this orientation session to help your transition to Bryan-College Station and Texas A&M University. Current students and faculty have volunteered their time to help and they are eager meet you!

      Note: Not attending the required orientation on August 17 and 18 will result in the cancellation of your School of Public Health admission for fall 2020.

      Parking & Transit: Parking is not provided by the School. Use the Visitor Parking Map to find visitor parking locations. Lots 122A, 122B, 72A and 72B are the closest lots to SPH that provide hourly visitor parking. In addition, buses 02-Replant and 03-Yell Practice stop near the School.
