Amreen Charolia, born in Pakistan, but raised in College Station, Texas, completed her undergraduate degree in community health at Texas A&M University. Her passion for health continues as she educates patients with chronic illnesses at the Texas A&M Physicians in Bryan, Texas. During her last undergraduate semester, Charolia interned at The University of Texas-Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. She assisted the Physician Assistant Department with clinical scheduling, as well as designing a graduate level cross cultural health course. Additionally, Charolia is actively involved at church. She served as a head instructor for their religious education center, in which she mentored teachers. Also, she was a coordinator for the Ismaili Community Engaged in Responsible Volunteering (i-CERV). As a coordinator, she recruited volunteers to assist at events hosted by various Bryan-College Station organizations. Charolia enjoys dancing, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
